Lead Replacement Policy

We strive to deliver only high-quality, real-time exclusive leads. However, if a lead is clearly invalid, we offer a fair replacement process.

What Qualifies

How to Request

All replacement requests must be submitted through the Contact Us section of your Converzon dashboard. Requests must clearly cite one of the qualifying reasons outlined in the “What Qualifies” section above.

Requests submitted without a valid qualifying reason, or outside policy guidelines, will not be approved.

Replacement Delivery

Approved leads will be replaced with new, real-time exclusives. Delivery may take 24–72 hours depending on campaign activity.

What Doesn't Qualify

We’re not appointment-setters — we’re a lead delivery system. You still need to close the sale.
