Terms of Service

Effective Date: 8/06/2025

Converzon provides exclusive, real-time leads for contractors in industries including roofing, solar, HVAC, and more. By accessing our platform or receiving leads from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Payment Terms

• All leads are billed on a per-lead basis, with pricing agreed upon during onboarding.
• Your card on file will be charged in batches (typically every 3 leads), not exceeding 1 charge per day.
• You authorize Converzon to charge the stored payment method for each lead batch delivered.

2. Lead Delivery

• Leads are generated in real time and delivered via email, Customer Dashboard and or Text.
• Each lead includes at minimum: name, phone number, and service request.
• Leads are never shared, recycled, or resold.

3. Lead Challenges & Replacements

Clients may dispute a lead via the Converzon dashboard within 3 business days of delivery. See our Lead Replacement Policy for full details.

4. Cancellation & Pausing

• cancel anytime with 15 business days’ notice of the next month starting.
• pause anytime with 10 business days’ notice of the next month starting.
• Paused accounts beyond 90 days may lose market access.

5. Territory & Exclusivity

Each region is limited to a small number of partners to maintain lead quality. This is dictated by a total lead amount per region and can be increased but not at the integrity of the lead quality.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform confirms your acceptance.
